We developed and launched the Nacheri (2 Pieces) brand from scratch through to full market entry.
We created the visual identity and tone of voice, positioning the brand around a signature sandwich format with a strong focus on presentation and product identity. We launched social media channels and built a basic content strategy for market introduction.
We organized product photo and video production and managed the full content creation cycle. We also ran targeted advertising campaigns focused on local audiences and generating initial demand through delivery platforms and a take-away pickup point.
